Typically on the archive page or post page, the articles can be compressed into snippets (summary with the READ MORE feature. In the dashboard, there is an option for that in settings, which i checked, but the theme does not seem to respond to that. I manually tried to click the “insert read more tag” in the editor of my new post and it still doesn’t show in the post when i publish.

The read more feature doesn’t appear at all.

    Hi Labellecleo,

This summary and full text section(For each article in a feed) are for rss feed these are not for post description in page. Read more button are add by default in your blog.

Regarding to your site, you can add any post plugin/any custom code for hide this read more or custom template for article. Please can you make this clear? so that we can help.

    Thanks
