Number of Places to PayPal Quanity

With the 6.3 update, the count of places on the registration form is not updating the quantity or total price on the PayPal order summary.
I was able to recreate the issue in a fresh database and WP install. Nothing except this plugin and the Quick Plugin Theme is installed. https://merlotstudio.com/sandbox/
