ss_podcast shortcode URL's give 404

  • Hello. The site I’m working on is running WordPress 4.22, w/the latest version of Seriously Simple Podcast plugin. So far I really like it, but I’ve encountered a problem.

    I wanted to have a page that listed all the podcast series on this site. It’s https://www.ucf-worldwide.com, in case that’s helpful.

    My shortcode looks like:
    [ss_podcast content=”series” link_title=”true”]
    The first series is entitled “Adoption”, & it has 2 episodes. In the ‘Series’ portion of the admin page, the episodes of this series are listed, & everything in that regard seems correct. When clicking on the link that the ‘link_title’ parameter generates, however, I get a 404. The url that’s generated is:
    https://ucf-worldwide.com/wordpress/series/adoption/

    Indeed, When I follow these instructions:
    “To view a series on the frontend?go to the series page (Podcast > Series in your admin menu), hover over the series you are wanting to view and click on the?View link. This will take you to frontend listing of all the episodes in that series.”, I get similar results.

    I’m at a bit of a loss as to how to proceed at this point. Any tips would be most appreciated. TIA.
