I do not want to display empty product categories in main menu.

  • I have created a main menu structure that includes all product categories in a dropdown. One category is now temporarily empty. Is there a way to make that not display because it is empty? Empty categories do not display in the woocommerce product categories widget, so I was wondering if there is a way to make it function that way in the main menu as well.

    No, I have not. I had to remove one category “manually” from the menu. Whenever I do maintenance on the site I have to check to see if any products were added to that category. There must be a better way.

    OK ! I have 260 categories and 4 000 products : no way to to this by hand ;-). I will let you know if I get this solved.
