    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. As you are their customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there. You don’t want to get @butterflymedia into trouble do you? ??

    Side note to @butterflymedia There doesn’t seem to be a support URL on your plugin page for the “paid version”.

    @holgerhubbs: Are you using any plugin to change the mail options? All mails should be sent as HTML, but yours seems to be sent as plain/text. Support for the paid version is available in CodeCanyon comments section.

    Yes, I am using WP Better Emails.
    In a quiet moment I need to evaluate which plugin is more important.
