Can you please send us the RSS feeds in question so that we can test them out for you? Also, are you currently using the core plugin only or do you have any premium add-ons installed?

Are you currently using any of the premium add-ons? If so you can contact us through a support ticket. If not, you can contact me personally from there too, referring to this ticket, however priority will be given to the tickets from premium customers.

This is the same problem I’m having. I even tried https://www.wpmayor.com/feed as shown in the setup video. All of my added feeds show the last several posts on the side under ‘Feed Preview,’ but all of them show 0 imported, even after I manually ‘Fetch Items.’

Hi, firstly, please open a new ticket when asking a new question, even if it’s related to the same topic, so that we can focus on your particular issue better.

Secondly, have you taken a look at our Feed Items Not Importing page? The solutions listed there solve the majority of such issues. This one sounds like it could very well be a cron issue, whose solutions are listed exactly here.
