Sharing Toolbar Hidden on Most Posts Since Update

With one of the recent updates, the Sharing Sidebar and the Above Posts widget is not displaying on most of the posts on my websites.
I have AddThis set to use settings from AddThis.com and are correctly configured. The AddThis setting in each post is enabled, yet it only appears to display on one of my posts.
This does not seem to affect pages, as the plugin seems to be working and displaying without issues there.
The plugin displays for each post on the category pages, but not when you click on the article and visit the child page. On the child page the code appears with the class
at-wordpress-hideand contains no buttons.I am unaware if this has been reported elsewhere and cannot find the source of this issue, however I do see the issue replicated on Herbalife’s sites:
