Thanks for letting me know about this Manni79. I’ve posted over on that other thread.

    Hi @greg

I was testing with WP today when I encountered this problem with the Extended Post widget.

The problem only occurs when saving the post/page. (in combo with Extended Post)

I made some screenshots, maybe it helps to solve the problem

I’ll chime in here as well. I was creating a widget this morning that had a multiple check box input saved as an array that would not save inside a page builder row. It would save as a widget in a traditional sidebar, but not in the page builder environment.

I checked a couple of other widgets like Recent Posts Extended and Ultimate Tag Cloud that also have multiple checkboxes and had the same result there too.

    Great work with the PDF.

Don’t wont to hurry, I know it’s all for free, but any news about the issue. ?? Makes real problems on my site. ??

Having similar problems here, RPEW no longer working since Sitebuilder update. Possible to to rollback to previous version? if so, where can I get it?
    thanks

    HI @bigyeti

If you’d like to try rolling back you can do so by downloading the previous version from:

    https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/siteorigin-panels/developers/

Rolling back would involve deleting Page Builder and then installing the previous version from Plugins > Add New: Upload Plugin.

    @bigyeti:
Greg wrote RPEW forums that he found something and tries to release a fix soon.

We should have a new release out in the next few days. Thanks for the wait everyone.

Rolling back didn’t work as noted in another thread. Seems to be an issue with SOPB and the most recent release of WP (4.23+).

Any idea on a date/timeline for when a new release is out? A ‘few days’ has been mentioned in a couple of threads for a about a week now…

Please provide a more concrete answer, thanks.

Hi @bigyeti. Thanks for passing that further info on. We’re a small team here at SiteOrigin. We work super hard on Page Builder and try to never let stuff like this happen. We’ve expanded our testing to include manual and now automated tests. We do have a hotfix in mind, unfortunately, Greg’s business travels took a little more time than we first expected. I don’t want to miss another promised timeline again so I’m not going to send one. Greg is now back at the office and I’m sure we’ll have this fix out very soon. Thanks for hanging in there with us. We apologise for the hassles caused.

    Thanks for the update

Thanks for working on this one. It’s important to me too.

If anyone feels brave enough to test out the fix we have in the development version of Page Builder, you can download it on our Github repo.

    https://github.com/siteorigin/siteorigin-panels

Please note, you should run this on a live site. I’m just testing out a few more things in preparation for the Page Builder 2.2 and WordPress 4.3 releases.

Thanks for all your work on this!

    Hurray! It works now.
