Migration Issues from Speak Up to Speak Out

I am having trouble with the old plug in and was glad to see your update (thank you). When Speak Up is activated, I can see all my petitions in Speak Out, but they disappear when I deactivate Speak Up.

Is there a way to remap Speak Out or migrate the data from Speak Up over to the new plug in? I have active and historical petitions that I do not want to lose.
