Static front page help

  • So i have created a static front page for my domain and im having an issue putting in some parts that i want. I do have a slider set up already, however under it i want to have set up some reccomended pages to go to, 3 different paged set up in a specific format, but i am not sure how i am supposed to do that. I have linked an image showing how i would like my front page to be done. Thank you in advance for the help.

    does the theme have a front-page.php template?

    I am using the Pinboard theme as it allowed me to remove all of the widgets from my site.
    I do not know where to look for the front-page.php. Im still new to this.

    Im willing to use another theme if i need to in order to get this working. So long as i can get rid of widgets ill try it.
