Help setting up a complex product

I’ll try to be brief. Imagine an art gallery store.

They sell the MonaLisa original painting, stock obviously ONE, price $1 million. For those who cannot afford the original MonaLisa they also sell limited edition prints of it (stock 15) at $10 each.

So we’re talking about a single product i.e. ‘MonaLisa’, available as original OR print, TWO inventories (1 and 15), and TWO prices.

I need to give the user the choice (drop down or something) to either pick the original painting, or the print (if in stock).
Additionally, the print must be available as a digital download file.

I have been playing endlessly with Woocommerce and various add-ons to no avail, any help much appreciated!!
