    Damian,

I know this is a free plugin and you need to get something in return, but is there any way to remove the footer promoting your plugin? We do not target a wordpress community and customizing our emails should not include links to external sources. But again, if it can’t be done, I totally understand.

    Regards,

    Rafa

Ignore my previous comment. I had not seen how easy is to remove it in the admin, shame on me ??

The option to remove the link does not work for me, does it work for you? Even though I’ve set the option to OFF it still shows in my emails.

Ovidiu did you save the template before sending the email?

    of course ??

The only other chance is that something got cached somewhere.
Have left things as they are for now and will try again tomorrow.

the option “Display a tiny link to the plugin page” is set to OFF and I still see this in my footer: “Powered by Email Templates Plugin” – deleted about every possible cache, what else can I check?

You can try deactivating others plugins or theme to see if anything is affecting. Im not sure how to reproduce the error myself without more information.

Unfortunately the 3 sites I tested Email templates are all active sites so I cannot disable plugins. Those sites are on 2 different servers and I deleted the nginx fastcgi cache, restarted ngixn and php5-fpm, I deleted the opcode cache and yet out going emails all have

    <p id="powered" style="text-align: center;font-size: 11px;display: none">Powered by <a href="https://wp.timersys.com/email-templates/?utm_source=emails_template_plugin&utm_medium=powered_link&utm_campaign=Email%20Templates">Email Templates Plugin</a></p>

    in their footer.

I could arrange to give you admin access to a site if that would help?

So in the three sites you got same problem? That’s weird. Please send the login details to https://timersys.com/contact-us/

Thanks for the offer, I’ll send you the details to my personal blog which is currently under construction so you can fiddle around as long as you leave it as you found it ??

Details sent successfully, I hope I’m not stuck in your SPAM folder…

I am also seeing this issue. Was a fix determined?

Haven’t heard back from Damian yet.

Never received, I think it was lost in akismet limbo. I just tried myself filling the form with some spam words and no confirmation anywhere. I just sent that jetpack form tot he trash and added a proper one.

    Please try again https://timersys.com/contact-us/

    Sent again, just now.

    received
