Problem with this plugin

    Hi there,
    I am fairly new to wordpress plugins and I am having trouble with yours. So I didn`t benefit from the PlugNPlay option I was hoping to get.

    So the message that I expect to appear when someone visits our website https://www.eaglegenomics.com doesn`t appear on my browser.
    I removed my cookies from my browser on safari

    On a mobile iphone5 it appears, but it doesn`t go away even if I click: Accept or Disable cookie, it keep staying there.

    Please reply in extremely simple way as I may not understand obvious things.
    I can get to settings of the Ginger Cookie plugin but that is pretty much it.
    I update the privacy statement in the banner text:To read more about our privacy policy please see it here: {{privacy_page}}
    in the hope for more info to appear.

    And buttons are working properly
