    Hi,

I’m using WPML and Woocommerce Multilingual plugins for tranlsations (IT & DE, IT is the base lang). I’ve set woocommerce to GeoLocation and added Germany as the Region Name / Country in your plugin settings.

I also use the WP User Approve plugin, so users need to be registered in order to view the prices in the shop. (registration form has the following fields: username, email, password)

So basically i’ve set everything up.

I had someone from Germany test my site this morning and confirm the following steps:

    – when they visit the site, do they get redirected to the german version? YES
    – when they register do they need approval and do they get the emails correctly? YES
    – when they use their credentials to access the shop, do they see correct prices for german users? NO

They see the same prices as default. (IT)

My question is, does the user have to register with their billing details, so woocommerce and your plugin know what country they are from? If so what’s the use of GEO Location if this doesn’t work?

    Or maybe i’m missing something?

    Thanks in advance
    Jonathan

    UPDATE

I’ve come up with a workaround that partially works.
When i approve a user i also set their country manually, this way the site knows which country their coming from.

Problem now is, if i login as a german user on the base site (italian NOT german – /de ), the prices viewed are correct. But if i login as a german in german language (/de) the prices go back to the default!

It’s driving me crazy, please help.

    UPDATE

I ended up using a different plugin.

    Hi parasomnias,
I’m sorry, I enjoyed a long weekend and I have been offline.

The source of your problem could be a cache plugin, it’s a known bug and will be solved in WooCommerce 2.4.

I love your plugin but I also have a problem with prices in Germany. I had someone in Germany test my website and at first on the main pages all prices looked as they should for Germans, however, after my guinea pig added products into the shopping cart, one product price changed to the Australian price. All products are set up in the same way and correctly at the back end.
Not sure why this happens but I would love this to be fixed. I haven’t had a chance for people in other eligible countries (GB, US, Japan) to check this so I can only go by the Germany prices.
    Any thoughts?

I can’t replicate the environment in which this bug occurs.

Could you give me a test environment in which I can fix the bug?

    Thank you.

I don’t know what a test environment is. Could you please advise what to do?

    Thank you,
    Mel
