I tested the form and saw the error myself. Can you please make sure 2 things:

1. Have you connected your website with your MailChimp.com account using the API key?
2. Have you connected the form with a MailChimp.com List? if not you can do so from “MailChimp for WP > Forms” page.

I did every step almost 10times . Not only that my my friend was also trying to implement this plugin in his wp theme.But no luck (www.pietheme.net/twing ) . Check the subscription section in this theme.

Would it be possible for you to share screenshots of 2 things. Your “MailChimp for WP” settings page as well as the “Forms” page. I just need to see the form code, settings and list data.

I also got a verifcation email which I confirmed. Our email address “support @ mc4wp . com” should be in your MailChimp.com List. Please confirm.

Can you try again yourself using some other email address.
