[Theme: Customizr] Displaying the image descriptions on attachment page

Hello. I’ve been trying to add a description to a image. I would like to view the description underneath the image in the attachment page.

I have viewed this link https://presscustomizr.com/snippet/displaying-the-image-descriptions-on-attachment-page/ but have had no luck when adding the code in the functions.php file in a child’s theme.

I believe the issue is this code is meant for 3.1x version or lower. I am currently using version 3.3.28.

Can you please provide a revised code snippet for the current version of Customizr theme.
