Showing an image with video shortcode manual

I’m using shortcode [gdwpm id=”GOOGLE-DRIVE-FILE-ID” video=”manual” w=”600″ h=”370″]
It shows the video with black background and the play button.
How do I get an (snapshot)image there ?
