How Do I Upload a Theme I Created for Public Use?

  • I created a WordPress theme that I would like to upload to https://themes.wordpress.net/ so others can use it, but I can’t find out how. There is an Upload button on the site that takes me to a page with a link to register, but then I can’t get to the registration page. It’s like the page doesn’t exist and I’m getting a custom 404 or there is a redirect in place that just sends me back to the home page.

    Is this a temporary bug, or am I doing something wrong?
