I’m trying to migrate a local site to an existing online one.

Both local and online sites have the same wordpress (4.2.2) and Updraft plus (2.10.3.1) versions, along with the Migrator extension.

I’ve already managed to upload the “Database”, “Plugins” and “Themes” zips, but when I try to upload the “Uploads” zip, (Which is about 300Mb) I get an error after the upload reaches +-200Mb saying:

Upload error (code -200) : HTTP Error. (Make sure that you were trying to uplo

ad a zip file previously created by UpdraftPlus)

    Any ideas?

    Hi,

The usual cause of this is your web hosting account disk space being 100% full. So, check that. If you’re sure it’s not full, then there’s an alternative way to upload your backups: use FTP instead to upload them into the wp-content/updraft directory, and then go to the UD settings page and press the “Rescan local backups” link in the ‘Existing Backups’ tab.

    Thanks! I’ll try that…

Only problem is, via FTP I can’t seem to find the “updraft” folder in “wp-content”, and there’s also no “updraftplus” in the “plugins” directory. The plugin seems to be working fine on the live site though.

In the expert settings of Updraft, my directory is listed as “updraft”, and I can still create backups and delete them… I just have no idea where they are?

Is there any other place Updraft would save to that I don’t know about?

    Thanks
