Plugin Clonflict

  • Hi,

    Since installing Woocommerce Jetpack, any changes I make to the database don’t show on the website until I “deactivate” the plugin.

    I am using the Qode Bridge Theme with Woocommerce. WordPress and plugins are up-to-date.

    Here are examples:

    – Update Border Style in WordPress > Qode Options (No Change)
    – Import product updates to Woocommerce via WP All Import (No Change)
    – Update Shipping Options in Woocommerce (No Change)

    In all cases, the changes suddenly roll-out once I deactivate the WC Jetpack Plugin.

    Please let me know if you need any more information.

    Try installing the development version. Please let me know if that affects the issue.

    Hi,

    I uploaded the developer version from this page – https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/woocommerce-jetpack/developers/

    But this seems to be the same version as the current stable release – 2.2.3?

    Is there another place I should be downloading it from?

    I have installed this version and it is still doing the same thing unfortunately. It also appears to be the same version as the current stable release.

    Yes, I’ve uploaded the development version to www.ads-software.com yesterday, so it’s the same version now.
    Could you please try increasing WP memory limit, so we know it’s not some memory issues. This can be done by adding to wp-config.php file:
    define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );
