Insert Content From Amazon when clicked results in blank pop-up

I am confused about my Amazon plugin. When I click the insert content from amazon button below my post box, the screen pops up but it is blank. I have two blogs that are doing the same thing. Both blogs are 2.3.

I have set the permissions to 755 to see if it would work, and nothing. I next set the permissions to 777 and nothing happened, so I set the permissions back to the default permissions.

I don’t know what else to do. The plugin version I am using is 1.3.2.
