    Hi,

I’ve followed the 3 steps indicated to install the plugin. After copying a line of code (Step 3) to a php file, <?php echo do_shortcode(‘[prisna-google-website-translator]’); ?>”, I got the dreaded white screen of death and I cannot recover my website since. It has been 2 days now. My site is out. It is my company’s website. Please help.

[I now understand, I was supposed to only do 1 step. Your instructions don’t make it clear they are options. Instructions imply all steps are necessary. I am not the only who had pbs with it.]

    Thanks

    Hello,

you should modify that PHP file again, and remove the code you inserted. Most configuration panels, such as cPanel, have File explorer; or you can also open a FTP connection to your server, download the file, edit it and upload it again.

Let me know if you have any other question.

It’s been a week already, I’m marking this as resolved now.
