    Hi there.
I’ve been using the simple shortcode [taxonomy taxonomy-name] to list taxonomy values on my posts:

    eg: https://whatsworthseeing.com/inside-out-review/

But since the update last night, rather than simply listing actors:

eg: Amy Poehler, Bill Hader, Kaitlyn Dias, Lewis Black, Mindy Kaling, Phyllis Smith

every list is now enclosed in [direct][/direct] code.

eg: [direct]Amy Poehler, Bill Hader, Kaitlyn Dias, Lewis Black, Mindy Kaling, Phyllis Smith[/direct]

Can you think why this might have happened? And can you think of a way that I can get rid of the [direct] tags?

    Thank you.
    Jason K

I have just noticed an update and it now appears to be working.
If that was for me, thank you!
If not – thank you anyway!

This is happening to me as well, even after the updates. As I see upgrades come in, I keep a ZIP of an older version I know worked as I saw the [loop] shortcode malfunction a few times.

Still love the plugin though, just hope they continue to make fixes.

I also have the latest (Version 2.7.2 ) and am getting [direct][/direct] inside my text widgets – had to disable the plugin for now

    Same here…

Ok, read the other post linked to from here and fixed my issue by using [js][/js].
