Featured Image not showing up in email/shares (tried everything)

Hi.
I started a website on wordpress.com a couple months back and moved it to www.ads-software.com a week or so ago (In other words I’m a complete novice).

One of the reasons that I switched is because my featured image wasn’t showing up in email postings or postings to facebook. It would grab my avatar. I disabled the avatars, but then the posting had no image. I switched my theme, disabled all my plugins, and have even created a child theme but no luck.

I put my site in https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug and it says there’s no image. The featured image is there in the post, but not anywhere when shared. Can someone help me out with this?
