0.6.7 causing empty line at start of page body

    Version 0.6.7 is causing empty lines at the start of the page body. This is well-read by most browsers, but breaks feeds.

    It happens when the plugin is active, but not in maintenance mode. (Didn’t check the maintenance mode, as I was debugging a live site.)

    Can be replicated on OSX local:

    $ php -v

    Hi Indie, can you clarify a bit – Are you saying there’s a problem when you are logged in (thus it isn’t enabled) it alters the body of the normal site? Also, what you mean by breaking feeds? Thanks
