Hi, is your host related in any way with any of the user agents you added to the black list? Did you also accidentally add your ip address to the blacklist? Have you by any chance whitelisted your ip address?

No, my host is not related to any of those, in fact, it’s a small local provider, and I have a dedicated server. No, did not add my ip addy to the blacklist (did not add any new ones), and yes, it is whitelisted.

Okay thank you for replying back.

Did you test to see if all the user agents you added above blocked you? Or only one from the list? Can you test this.

    Thank you

Well, I added them one at a time, saved, and nothing happened. They’re all there now, and it’s not locking me out. I did change one thing: I used all lower case this time.

It looks like your issue is resolved.

If it is can you mark this support thread as resolved.

    Thank you

Sure, but it would be nice to know what caused this. Could using capital letters have something to do with it? Sounds crazy, but… Or perhaps it was adding multiple lines at once… seems like something you should test for.

One of the plugin developers will test the suggestions you mentioned above.

    Thank you
