Login problem to the dashboard because of conflict with plugins

Hi

By mistake I created a conflict by installing 2 spam referral blocker plugins in my dashboard.

What happens now is that i cannot login anymore to the dashboard. I am met with this warning message:

and when i press the login button i cannot login but am met with a “blocked” message up in the left corner.

Question how can I lift the conflict and logg in to my WordPress website again?
