404 Logout Error

    Hi,
    I am having an issue with this plugin and i was wondering if anyone has any suggestions,
    This plugin used to work fine for me but i have changed my site from the bog standard single site to a multi site and it has now stopped working properly.
    Since i have gone to multi site everytime i log out i get a 404 not found error.
    I removed the plugin and i could log out again, so i logged back in and reactivated the plugin altho i unchecked all the options in the setting menu and i can now no longer log out again.
    Any ideas?
