"please support us by turning adblock off" plugin

I always turn off adblock for sites who replace the blocked ads with a message saying “please kindly support us by turning off adblock” or something along those lines because it reminds me nicely that if everyone turns adblock off they won’t have money to run the website, which isn’t any good for all of their readers/viewers.

For this reason, I’d like a plugin that leaves a message like this over blocked ads (I will be using Google Adsense) on my WordPress website.

Know any good plugins for this? ??
