I installed sendpress and created a list. I copied the html from the form tab in the lists section. I placed this on my homepage. I was then able to successfully subscribe. I made some customizations and added some CSS. Now when I click the submit button, nothing happens. I tried creating a new list, and copying the new html but this still does not work. I tried deleting the plugin, dropping all the tables, and reinstalling, still doesn’t work and somehow brings in my old list. Support would be appreciated.

Can you send us a link to the site? Maybe we can check out the form. Hard to tell without more details. But I would guess it’s either css or JavaScript. If you go to the advanced tab there are some options to turn off Ajax and change CSS settings. Those are specifically for the sign up with i if you go to the advanced tab there are some options to turn off Ajax and change CSS settings. Those are specifically for the sign up widget.

That is a page I am using to test the plugin since the site is live. I tried selecting different combinations of the checkboxes in the javascript and css panel in the settings tab, with no success. Thank you for your help.

There are two forms on the page. One with my styling and the other just copied and pasted from the form tab of the list.

Anyone out there? If I don’t get this working within an hour I am going to have to abandon the plugin for mailchimp. I have a client waiting for this to be done.

    hi ramseycdavid,

I looked at your page and it looks like the form tag does not wrap the signup form. So the submit button does not work. You should just need to move the </form> close tag to include the email, name and submit button.

Just let me know if you need more info.

    Best,
    Josh
