All countries without State field are blocked with delivery!

  • After latest update none of orders to countries where no state exist are able to proceed orders.

    You disabled your ticketing portal for 5 days (maybe more) now.

    Can you imagine how much damages have you done? We as llc run emarketplaces in scope of Czech and Slovak Republics, which both doesnt have State fields, so none of our customer base can actually create order as NO PAYMENT METHOD IS AVAILABLE FOR ANY COUNTRY WITHOUT STATE FIELD -99 PERCENT OF EUROPEAN COUNTRIES!

    I need immediate response from your team or we plan to suit you. We have so many plugins from woo which are useless with your obsolete core…this is insane. Disabled support forum???????????

    @woothemes, Please make sure you’re providing a sufficient way for people to contact you regarding your commercial products. You’re not supposed to use the www.ads-software.com forums to support that.

    Andrew I totally agree with you, Im PO and PM for more than 15 years in IT industry, and I really dislike to post this kind of issues here, but this is for few days (as researching some latest blog entries for past 7 days) the only reliable entry to raise customer hand.

    Actual treatment and resolution of woothemes team is unacceptable for the community.
