Can't access backend/admin page I get a warning

  • Can’t access backend/admin page I get a warning.

    These warnings appear at the top of my site and I can’t access the wp-admin/ The same warning appear. I only made the site as a favour to a friend and am fairly new at all of this. I would really appreciate any help I can get!

    I m not sure, just think … it can be related to server/hosting setting or something wrong with core WP files.
    You can re-upload wp-includes folder with the same version of fresh downloaded WordPress.

    If this will not help, try to contact your hosting provider for some help if its possible.
