[Plugin: New User Approve] Copy notification email eleswhere

I’m using this plugin because I need user registration to be held pending until approved.
I have created a custom ‘Site Manager’ Role and given them the capability to approve pending registrations. This is ok even though I can’t (I don’t think) allow them access to the plugin interface itself.
What I would like to do is have the notification email send to the ‘Site Manager’ either instead of or as well as the site admin.

I’m not sure about changing he email address in settings as I don’t want the ‘Site manager’ getting all the emails, just the new user approval ones.

Any advice on how I might achieve this would be welcome, thanks.
