    Hi psychis,

    sorry for late reply.

You could solve this placing the aid of mobile implementation in plugin settings.

    Hi,

Can you be a bit more specific? Where in plugin settings? If I place the mobile implementation, the plugin will use only the mobile version? Is it possible to open the mobile version when used on mobiles and the desktop version when used on desktops?

    Thanks

    Hi psychis,

do you know what kind of implementation you have ( co-brand, booking branded etc… ).

If not can you please provide us with a link to your implementation?

So we’ll be more specific regarding your question.

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi,

I have a co-brand implementation and I have talked with support. The affiliate ID itself prevents the URL from switching to mobile when using a mobile device. Developers are currently working on the solution, so it’s not the plugin, I will be waiting.

    Thanks
