banner not fitting in container anymore

hi, since going to WP 4.2.4 (might just be coincidence) the banner picture no longer sizes to the container but stays the same width all the time even though I have nothing configured in the settings. Also the banner is not clickable even though I have the option to click the whole banner clicked

It’s just a text widget and the short code is [banner id=980]

it’s the only banner i use on the site and it is on the home page at natureheals.co.uk

I have the latest versions of everything

Please advise.
