Pay option: send an e-mail instead

Hello, i want to add a payment option(like PayPal), but it will just send an email… when people choose that option, all data about what they choosed in the shop will be sent to my e-mail. In this way i want that people who are buying something in the shop, but don’t live in my country instead of paying will send a list of everything they have bought to me, included all data they inserted (name, surname, country ecc..). So i can email them back and communicate the exact price of shipping. Because it can be very different from country to country..
if it will be the only visible option of payment in case customer choose not my country in the default field of WC when filling his data – it will be PERFECT, but i will be very happy even if it will be only another way to “pay” and not connected to nation.
How can i do that?
