Error Messages on install

Thank you for considering to use this plugin! I have a few follow up questions that will allow us to debug this issue:

1. At what point exactly do you receive this error? When installing or when activating?
2. The wp_wfBlocks table is not one of this plugins tables, so this may be a plugin conflict issue. Can you try the following conflict checks:

• Switch to the default theme such as Twenty Fifteen, does your problem still persist?
• De-activate all other plugins, does your problem still persist? If that solves the problem, re-activate your plugins one at a time and test if the problem re-appears. If so, let us know which plugin caused it.

• Lastly, can you provide what version of WordPress you are using, what version of Quiz Master Next that you are trying to use, the theme you are using, and a list of your active plugins? This will help us to debug on a test site similar to your to test for conflict issues.

It started when saving a results page.
Wordpress is 4.2.4 and the theme is called Evolve
Also using:
Wordfence,
WP Spamshield (which I’ll probably certainly have problems with on the front end if I forget to fix settings on that.)
Smart Forms (just deleted and testing without it.)
WP-Edit
Master Slider

I’m testing that bit before I mess with the theme. Since Spamshield and Smart Forms seem the likeliest culprits to me.

Not seeing error since deleting the Smart Forms. Still haven’t quite figured out how to get Results page to stop going to default but no error.
