Trigger link

Hi,

First of all let me congratulate you for the great plugin.
Is it possible to put the trigger in a topbar menu instead of using the default appearence? In other words, I’ve a widgetized topbar menu in my theme, and I want the last link “Search entire site” to be the trigger for the sidebar.
