Splash page to select country if not geolocated from WooCommerce page

Hi!

Would you be interested in adding a new feature to get customers to select their country from a splash/pop up when they get to a WooCommerce page, if they cannot be geolocated?

Ideally it would have flags to choose from instead of text. I’d be happy to pay for this feature. I have googled extensively and can’t find this feature in any currency plugin available now.
