Query strings after latest WordPress update (4.2.4)

The “Prevent caching of objects after settings change” in Browser Cache doesn’t work anymore after the last update. I noticed it on more sites where I installed W3TC.

Also, another issue I cannot solve is the CloudFlare plugin for W3TC: it always say the e-mail address isn’t correct, so I have to purge the cache manually logging into the CloudFlare site every time.
