Pop-up appears to already subscribed visitors

    Dear Support Team,

    I am experiencing the following issue. The pop-up signup window appears to already subscribed users. This gets a little abboying to them and worsens the user experience on my wbesite. How can I fix that?

    Another even more serious thing is that sometimes the pop-up window appears on every visit of some visitors (even though I set a 7 or 9-day delay).

  • Agree with @mtotev. Could the plugin set a cookie whenever users subscribe?

    Martin,

    We already set a cookie when someone subscribes using one of our opt-in forms.

    I just subscribed on your site and visited it again. Did not see a popup again. Are you able to reproduce the issue?
