Customisation Problems on IPad 2

  • I am having some problems with the customisation page on my .com blog. Every time I try to change anything the whole page freezes, my on board key pad sticks and sometimes, the whole page almost shrinks to nothing. So, frustratingly, I cannot change anything.

    I have tried Safari, Sleipnir, Opera and Google Chrome but all the same. I’ve cleared Cookies etc, re booted and even re set the iPad but all in vain. I am running IOS 8.4.

    Please could you help me with this as I’m getting very frustrated.

    Why can’t I get an answer to this problem? I use an iPad running IOS 8.4 and I’m having problems with my WP.com site.

    Do you need more information? If so…..what?
