Thank you for your quick response. I could not see the menu in the path you said. My wordpress version is 4.2.4 and Woocommerce 2.4.2.
Does this have anything to do with my multisite setting?

I think so because I have the same WP and WC version and I can see the menu.

Doy you have WooCommerce plugin and WC Return products plugin active in this site?

I’ve created a multisite and I need to activate the plugins at each site.

I enabled Woocommerce and WC Return in my root panel. I can see and configure Woocommerce in each site. But I don’t see WC Return at all in the plugin list in each site. How do you activate the plugins at each site?

I found and fix the error with an update.

I check if WooCommerce is active and in a multisite that function return false but it is fixed now.

You can download from plugin page: WC Return products and upload via FTP or install the update like other WP plugin (it could take some time till your WP detect the update).

And I seem not be able to remove the plugin or reinstall it. Any suggestion?

sorry I have found where I can uninstall it. Now I have uninstall it and the code is back to normal.
