Outbound links tracking Yoast SEO

We have just had a new website developed using the Yoast SEO.
On my previous WordPress site I used event tracking to keep track of downloads on my webside (https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/1136920?hl=da). This included adding this function to all links I wanted to track: Check out example.com
Now the new website uses Post to publish our articles and I do not seem able to add the function to the links: https://picpaste.com/Wordpress_issue-ivZcBXr4.jpg
Anyone knows what to do?
