WordPress main page is showin 404 error page

I have developed my blog”https://www.myessenceoflife.com/WordPress”.It was working fine for almost 3 weeks. when i was going to the above URL, it showed me the login page and from the dashboard, it was showing me my blog fine.
After that, one day I went to the setting–>general, and changed ‘site address’ from “https://www.myessenceoflife.com/WordPress” to “https://www.myessenceoflife.com”. All I wanted to do is, changing my home page to my website instead of Blog page. when I refreshed the page, I got error404. I resumed back the default settings, clean the history for last 1 hr and restarted the computer but nothing is working. Pls someone help
