Saving Report Problems

Hi,
I am running Version 4.11.15 of the EZ SQL reports plugin.
I put my code in the SQL box and I am able to run it and see it on screen. I have tried assigning various names and saving, but it never saves.
Is there something I am missing?Thanks,
