That review is totally legit and I have the feeling I’ve covered this before with you. But I may be mistaken, I look at a lot of reviews.

You see, your plugin page has a link to your premium modules (which I will not link here).

You are upselling your commercial products and you are using your allocated real estate here in the WordPress repo to do that. On top of that one link, you also dedicated (counts on fingers and toes) twelve links to those commercial modules.

If you do not want to see reviews about your commercial products here then please remove all references to those commercial from your plugin pages. All of them. Then that would make any new reviews invalid (that one stays).

But as you are performing a lot of sales pitch on your plugin page then you invite reviews like that and those 1 star reviews will remain.

Fair enough–since there isn’t a clear documented policy on this, it’s always an open question in my mind as to what you consider appropriate or not. I do remember a commercial review getting kicked out by another moderator because it did what I said above (obviously since the review is gone, I can’t point you to it…). That’s why I asked. Thanks for looking.
