[Theme: Agent] Blog Post Footer/Content Section error

Issue: Template is being told there is no content, which is causing the footer to float over the content, just below the header.

I need a way to “trick’ the template into knowing there is content in the blog posts, and to not throw the footer below the header.

Any and all help is appreciated.
