• I have made a backup using ManageWP worker. Going thru the files, in the wp-content –> uploads folder, I see many, many pictures (hundreds) that I had deleted from my media library long ago. An idea how to fix this, so that these old pictures don’t show up in my backups (and thus cause backups to be huge in size?)

    Thank you in advance!

  • Hi,

Could you open a support ticket from your ManageWP dashboard? It’s a secure channel, we can keep the details confidential and solve your issues quickly.

Just log into the dashboard and go to Help > Contact Support.

Don’t worry, we’ll get this sorted out ASAP ??

Hey @nemanja, thanks for your reply. I just opened a support ticket. But I’m wondering if there anything I can do or have to do on the WordPress side to fix this?

If the website has been moved recently, it could be that the old IP is cached, and we keep communicating with the old site.

I just talked to our Customer Happiness team – they investigated the issue and should have a more precise answer for you by now.
