Is it safe just to rename the page *WP Mobile Edition (Contact)

Hi. I’ve deactivated your plugin and was left with two extra pages. I just deleted one of them because it was empty. However, the other, *WP Mobile Edition (Contact), contains a conversation I want to keep. If I just rename that page, will the content be affected? I ask because I can’t see where the page is pulling its content from.
